What's the difference between nutrition coaching and a nutrition consultation?

Nutrition coaching is for individuals who want to work with me over a period of time to achieve superior results. This service will give you 24/7 access to your coach. You will receive a specific nutrition prescription, and your diet will be adjusted based on your progress and other important biofeedback markers (sleep, energy, performance, body composition, and hormones).
 
Nutrition consultation is a one-hour virtual call. I will give you exactly what you need to help you get started with your journey or if you need help overcoming a plateau. An individual can only book this particular service twice in a calendar year.
