No more wondering if you're doing the best exercises to help you achieve your goals.
During our initial coaching call, we'll determine your exact goals and discover your why. From our call, I'll create the exact plan you need to reach your goals. Your training plan will be expertly crafted to your lifestyle, goals, training history, and fitness level.
During our initial call, we will also discuss your physical capabilities and injury history. After discussing everything, I will create an individualized program that makes sense for you. Implementing a proper periodized plan, specificially for you, will mazimize effectiveness.
2. Fully Individualized Nutrition Coaching
Nutrition is the driver to all results.
You will complete a nutrition questionnaire and I will assess your eating and lifestyle habits. I will create a nutrition prescription that fits perfectly into your lifestyle.
I will teach you how to eat exactly for your goals. I will create a plan that allows you to eat the foods that you love, while working towards your physique goals. We will work together throughout this process to make sure your nutrition plan is the best one for you. Nutrition is not a one-size fits all approach.
3. Access And Accountability
I will be with you every step of the way. You get to train anywhere in the world and still have me in your corner.
All of your workouts will be delivered through a training app. You can complete your workouts at anytime. You will also be able to view instructional videos for each exercise.
You will have access to me 24/7 via email. There will also be weekly check-ins. I will check in with you to make sure you have everything you need to reach your goals. I will assess your progress and needs and will adjust anything- if needed.
You will not only have me in your corner but you will gain access to a community with hard-working individuals, like yourself.
